When you contact us by email, telephone or through a contact form, we may process the personal data you voluntarily provide, such as your first and last name, email address and phone number.
We process this information for the following purposes: Responding to enquiries and taking steps, at your request, towards entering into a contract. Communicating with you in connection with services you have purchased or expressed an interest in. Sending newsletters, where you have subscribed. Handling complaints, requests to withdraw from a contract and other matters relating to our services. Publishing and responding to comments on the blog, where applicable. Informing you about our own services and offerings, where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so.
Your contact details may also be retained in our email correspondence records to maintain a history of communication and facilitate future contact. You may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including certain forms of direct marketing.
For specialist vocal support, I collect your full name and contact details. During mentoring programmes, I may also keep session notes, personal reflections, relevant health-related information and checklists to support the individual work.

Email correspondence is currently managed through Gmail, and online sessions take place through Google Meet. Payments are made by bank transfer against invoices issued and handled through Kugaru.com.
Personal reflections and relevant health-related information are treated as confidential and used only in connection with this work. I plan to transition to Proton services and will update these details when the change is complete.

Where necessary to operate the website and provide our services, your personal data may be shared with trusted service providers and other entities involved in delivering those services.
