Safety & Boundaries

Participation is voluntary. You determine the pace, depth and boundaries of the work and may pause or stop at any time.

Clothing & Comfort

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely, particularly for sessions involving body awareness or movement.

Preparing for Vocal Sessions

Where applicable, please have any relevant backing tracks or lyrics available for the session.

Online Sessions

Online sessions take place via Google Meet. Please arrange a quiet space, a stable internet connection and, where possible, a setup that allows you to move freely and use your voice without interruption.

Sessions & Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Later cancellations and missed sessions may be charged in full, subject to applicable law.

Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

If a prepaid package ends early, completed sessions will be charged at the applicable individual session rate, and any remaining balance will be refunded. Your statutory rights, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal period, remain unaffected.

In exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly. Each situation will be considered individually.

If you arrive late, we’ll finish at the scheduled time. I’ll wait up to 15 minutes before considering the session missed. Missed sessions may be charged in full, in accordance with the cancellation policy. If something unexpected happens, please contact me. Exceptional situations will be considered individually.

If I need to cancel a session, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative date or offer a full refund for the cancelled session.

To be completed once the programme start date, validity period, treatment of unused sessions and individual session rate for early refunds have been confirmed.
